Runs (coming soon)
An agent's run log is coming soon. Until then, see what an agent drafted and sent in the Command center and in each conversation.
Every agent page has a Runs tab, meant to log each time the agent works a conversation: the message that started it, what it drafted or did, each step, the sources it cited and the rules it checked.
Coming soon
Mokanata doesn't record agent runs yet. The Runs tab says Run history isn't recorded yet, and so do the agent's Recent runs panel and a flow step's run history in the flow builder.
- Who can use it: Everyone who can see agents can open the Runs tab. See Roles and permissions.
- Before you start: Nothing.

Check what waits for you
Drafts an agent wants to send wait in the approval queue on the Command center, with escalations and record changes to approve.
Read the conversation
What an agent sent shows in each conversation in the inbox, marked Auto-sent or Auto-sent under "rule". Before an agent's message or draft, a line sums up the steps it ran to write it. See Reading a conversation.
Follow live activity
Live activity on the Command center lists what agents and your team do as it happens: drafts written, replies approved, escalations.
Read the agent's figures
The agent's page shows its Actions 24h (replies it sent and record changes a person approved) and Auto-sent 7d (the share of its replies a rule sent on its own). See The agent page.
To see how an agent answers a message before it goes live, use a test run.

Guardrails and rules
Set the rules every draft is checked against before anything goes out, and decide whether a failing draft is held, handed off, revised, flagged or blocked.
Agent settings
Change an agent's name, handle, description, model, autonomy level, channels, limits and quiet hours, or delete an agent your team made.
