Linking a number your team uses in the WhatsApp Business app, so chats sync both ways and the phone keeps working, isn't available yet. When you connect WhatsApp with Facebook and pick a number that's on the Business app, Facebook's window says "Numbers on the WhatsApp Business app can't connect this way yet." Start again and pick a number for the Cloud API.
Today, a number connects to Mokanata on the Cloud API, and your team and agents answer it from the Mokanata inbox. See Add a WhatsApp number.
