# Website chat (coming soon) (/docs/channels/website-chat)

The website chat isn't available yet. Mokanata doesn't serve the chat widget or its snippet yet, so it can't be added to your website, and visitors can't write in through it. The **Your website** panel on the Setup page may show its settings, but nothing reaches a site.

When it's ready, the website chat will be a chat button for your own website: visitors open it to ask a question, and the agent you choose answers in the chat, handing over to a person when it needs one.

Today, customers reach you on the channels you connect on the Setup page. See [Connect a channel](/docs/channels/connect-a-channel).
